Over his career, he has led and partnered with 5 of the world's largest reinsurers and 4 leading insurance carriers, advising on strategic transformation initiatives that positioned these organizations for sustained, high-growth trajectories.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Sandip held senior sales leadership roles at Coforge, EXL, Accenture & Avanade, DXC Technology, and Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where he consistently drove new logo acquisition, led large-scale transformation engagements, and delivered strong year-on-year revenue growth. Earlier, he spent over eight years at Wipro in sales and account leadership roles across banking and insurance, advising clients on strategies to modernize legacy operations and accelerate growth.
Sandip began his career in technology, holding architecture roles at Shell, Nestlé USA, Bristol West Insurance Group, and Deloitte, where he led platform design for post-acquisition integration at major insurers.
