Gavin is a Chartered Insurer with 30+ years of global P&C and Specialty underwriting and distribution experience, including seven years at Royal & Sun Alliance, 22 at Allianz, and most recently Axio, focusing on cyber risk assessment and quantification across the Company and Lloyd's markets.
His career spans Global P&C Underwriting, leading Financial Institutions and Real Estate portfolios, Client Management, and Head of Global Broker Management, most recently overseeing a EUR4.2Bn portfolio with Aon and WTW, alongside prior work with Marsh, AJG, Howden, Lockton, McGill, and various broker networks.
Having spent over half his career in global roles, he brings expert knowledge of insurance markets from the Americas to Asia Pacific, spanning P&C, Specialty, Credit Solutions, Affinity, Asset Management, and Life & Health.
He holds a postgraduate Diploma in Advanced Management from ESMT Berlin and won the 2005 Burton Rowe Prize for CII's Best National Paper in Advanced Broking.
