Greg is responsible for driving growth and positioning Xceedance as the partner of choice for insurance lifecycle and operations transformation within the P&C insurance sector.
He brings 30+ years’ experience in commercial lines insurance, including roles spanning BD, underwriting, agency distribution, claims management, and digital transformation across carriers, MGAs, TPAs, self-insured organizations, and consulting firms. Most recently, he served as head of Central U.S. field sales, distribution and underwriting and national head of special projects at WeSure Insurance Group, and previously held leadership roles with Synpulse Management Consulting, FC Capital Partners, Paradigm Outcomes, CNA Insurance Company, The Hartford, and The Hanover Insurance Group.
Greg earned M.B.A. and M.S.A degrees from Central Michigan University, completed executive leadership training at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management, and holds industry designations including CIC, LIC, and CWCP.
