Devin Amidon has over 15 years of experience in the P&C insurance industry. He began his Xceedance career as a software developer supporting multiple policy administration systems, where he led the development of new product lines for a carrier on a modern policy platform and supported a legacy system serving multiple carriers. He went on to lead the North America technology organization, building and managing delivery teams across the region.
For the last three years, Devin has served as a Client Partner on the Commercial & Specialty team, supporting multiple clients across the segment. He owns those relationships end to end shaping delivery roadmaps, scaling teams, and helping carriers, MGAs, and program administrators put AI and agentic solutions to practical use across underwriting, policy, and claims operations.
Devin is a graduate of the University of Massachusetts, where he studied information technology and computer science.
