She plays a strategic role in helping (re)insurers and brokers leverage Xceedance’s global operating model and specialised insurance capabilities to achieve operational excellence, reduce cost, and accelerate business growth. With a deep understanding of both insurance operations and technology led transformation, Ewa introduces innovative and practical solutions that improve efficiency, elevate user experience, and strengthen business performance.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Ewa held senior roles at DXC Technology, DOCOsoft, and CGI, where she developed strong capabilities in client relationship management, solution delivery, and strategic execution across the value chain. Her ability to bridge technology and business priorities enables her to introduce innovative, practical solutions that enhance efficiency and user experience.
