Lauren FitzHarris is a results-oriented business leader with 20+ years of extensive client management, project implementation, product management, and operational execution experience within the insurance and IT segments. In her current role as AVP, client partner, Lauren is responsible for client relationship management focused on commercial and specialty insurance in the Americas.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Lauren worked for LexisNexis Risk Solutions where she provided consulting, project management, and industry expertise to optimize business processes for insurance clients across multiple lines of business. Prior to LexisNexis, Lauren was a casualty claims manager for Nationwide Insurance.
Lauren graduated from The University of Georgia with a B.A. in political science and was a member of the women’s rugby team. Outside of work, she volunteers as a youth basketball coach and spends time reading historical fiction and playing tennis.
