Darren has 30+ years of insurance experience in global claims, working for brokers, within corporate risk, and as head of a global TPA.
His previous roles include senior director of insurance operations for DHL Group, where he managed the insurance programs of all non-life risks worldwide. He also managed post-placement teams at Marsh and Guy Carpenter.
His role at Xceedance is to develop international claims services, manage client relationships, identify risk exposures, and provide risk management advice to help clients find meaningful solutions to their complex needs.
His specialties include complex global insurance operations, risk mitigation, captive insurance, global account management, global third-party administration, and claim data mining to identify hazards and improve risk profiles.
Darren has worked across property, casualty, marine, aviation, and financial lines businesses, including D&O, construction, terrorism, political risks, EPL, PTL, and professional indemnity.
