Nancy Sabate is a client partner, responsible for developing and expanding the current client base of customers, including fostering and managing client relationships. She also takes part in mentoring the up-and-coming pipeline of future leaders at Xceedance.
Nancy has 25+ years of combined insurance industry expertise and management consulting experience within the areas of finance and accounting. Prior to joining Xceedance, Nancy held executive consulting roles at Genpact and Infosys where she partnered with multiple clients across industries to identify and execute enterprise-wide transformation initiatives encompassing service delivery, digitization, and optimization of finance and business operations. Prior to her consulting stint, Nancy worked for CNA Insurance in Chicago for 20 years where she held various leadership roles in finance and actuarial. At CNA, Nancy was exposed to and immersed in the insurance regulatory intricacies that bolstered and solidified her finance and accounting expertise.
In her spare time, Nancy loves spending time with her family and her daily walks on the beach.
