Jim specialises in structuring complex, multi-service engagements spanning underwriting support, policy administration, F&A, and tech-enabled operational transformation. He works closely with C-suite stakeholders to build partnerships and support organisations in scaling efficiently, optimising cost structures, and modernising lifecycle operations within the London Market.
Previous experience includes time with AIG, RSA, Gallagher Bassett, and Davies, where he developed client partnerships and led commercial growth initiatives.
