With more than a decade of experience in the Property and Casualty (P&C) industry, Ellie brings extensive expertise in the personal lines space, including work in the excess and surplus (E&S) and residual markets. Her career spans impactful roles in underwriting, client engagement, and learning and development, enabling her to lead strategic initiatives that modernize and optimize insurance operations for clients. Before joining Xceedance, she held positions at Citizens Property Insurance Corporation and Burns & Wilcox.
Ellie is a Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Risk Management (ARM). She holds a degree in Law from the University of the West of England.
