With 20+ years’ experience in P&C insurance, he specializes in designing and evaluating software solutions for functions like underwriting, policy servicing, claims, and F&A. His expertise spans enterprise technology, data science, automation, and insurtech initiatives. Yudishtra has delivered numerous tech-driven solutions, such as PAS, rating and decision engines, customer and broker portals, claims management systems, and geo-specific regulatory compliance, for re/insurers worldwide.
Prior roles include time at Saxo Bank, Mphasis, and P&C Insurance Systems, where he led teams on configurable product design, bespoke app development, and project management within the BFSI domain.
Yudishtra holds a bachelor’s degree in mathematics & computer science and a master’s degree in physics from Kurukshetra University. He is also certified in PMP, AINS 103, AIT 24, and ACI Dealing (financial markets).
