Anwesh Joshi leads all technology initiatives across North America. He is responsible for driving project delivery, production support, and strategic technology advancement—ensuring business value and client satisfaction at every step.
With over 25 years of experience in the Property and Casualty insurance industry, Anwesh brings deep expertise in technology implementation and operations across policy, claims, billing, and integrated insurance systems. He has led high-performing teams at both carriers and technology service providers.
Prior to Xceedance, Anwesh held leadership roles at ValueMomentum and Majesco, where he managed large-scale client delivery and technology transformation programs.
Anwesh holds a Master’s degree in Finance from Mumbai University and multiple professional certifications, including PMP, Prince2, SAFe Agile, Six Sigma (Green and Black Belt), Oracle DBA, and Expert Level Test Management (ASTQB).
