Suresh Pokhriyal is responsible for managing claims delivery at Xceedance. Suresh brings 20 years of experience in re/insurance markets and has supported operations for multiple insurance organizations.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Suresh served as senior manager at Genpact, where he oversaw the insurance operations division for a global insurance firm. His responsibilities included supporting the end-to-end claims delivery for various clients in North America, Europe, Asia Pacific, and Africa. He also led reengineering projects in establishing effective operating models for a large insurance carrier in South Africa.
Suresh holds a master’s degree in commerce and is a certified Lean Six Sigma green belt.
