Stuart Moffett is the Claims Practice Lead at Xceedance. In this role, he focuses on strengthening claims solutions through analytics-led and technology-driven execution. He brings over 25 years of experience in financial services, with deep expertise in claims operations, data-driven transformation, and client outcomes.
Most recently at AIG, Stuart led multiple analytics initiatives across claims severity prediction, litigation effectiveness, and fraud detection. These efforts improved operational efficiency and client satisfaction. He later founded and led an advanced analytics team supporting underwriting, where his team built predictive machine learning and natural language processing models to help loss-sensitive clients make informed loss prevention investment decisions.
Stuart holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a bachelor’s degree from Colgate University.
