Jason Caravella joined Xceedance Claims and Management Services, LLC, the Xceedance third-party administrator subsidiary, as the VP of claims TPA operations in June 2021. In his role, Jason has oversight of the claims and quality assurance teams, servicing multiple lines of business for clients across the globe.
Jason has over 20 years of experience in claims management for both personal and commercial carriers. He has held various leadership positions at Progressive, Assurance America, Personable, Star & Shield, and Embark General. He has spent the last half of his career establishing new claims organizations and rehabilitating existing ones. Jason was able to deliver first-in-class results by establishing systems, processes, and analytics focused on service and efficiency.
He holds an environmental/earth science degree from Edinboro University and has relevant, functional knowledge of claims management, analytics, and operations.
