Rachita leads the underwriting services team at Xceedance. She has been in the insurance industry for over two decades and has extensive experience working across various underwriting functions including pricing and product development across multiple geographies.
She is currently responsible for developing and growing the underwriting capability by executing strategies, products, and new solutions for existing and new clients and driving client success. She leads a team of analysts who review, analyze, and collate data required by the actuaries and underwriters for pricing accounts; perform portfolio analysis; conduct underwriting audits and provide underwriters with product design, implementation and, testing support.
She is a certified Charted Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Reinsurance (ARe), and holds a postgraduate in applied operational research and an undergraduate in statistics from University of Delhi.
