Sudip leads the Guidewire practice at Xceedance. He brings 25+ years of experience delivering large-scale digital transformation and core platform modernization programs for global insurers. His expertise spans Guidewire implementations, cloud migrations, and agile delivery models across P&C, life, and annuities lines of business. He has built and scaled a Guidewire and Insurance Products Center of Excellence from the ground up, operating through a global delivery model across multiple regions.
Sudip has a strong record leading cross functional teams across geographies, managing multi-million-dollar programs, and aligning technology delivery with business objectives. Prior to Xceedance, he served as Practice Head for Guidewire and Insurance Products at Tech Mahindra, overseeing global delivery for PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and InsuranceNow programs.
