Shibabrata Ghosh (Shibu) is responsible for the insurance operations and credit controls at Xceedance.
Shibu brings 23 years of industry experience in areas of insurance operations, underwriting, credit controls and catastrophic modelling. Prior to joining Xceedance, he worked for Verisk and Genpact where he led operations and transformation initiatives for multiple strategic clients across geographies. His areas of interest are driving digital process transformation, technology interventions, and efficiencies across our operations function.
Shibu has an undergraduate degree in engineering and a post-graduation degree in business administration. He is also a certified project management professional from Project Management Institute in the U.S. and APMG in the UK.
