Brett Maxedon joined Xceedance Claims and Management Services, LLC, the Xceedance third-party administrator subsidiary, as VP, claims operations in February 2022. In his role, Brett oversees several TPA operation capabilities including FNOL, payment processes, adjuster tools, and compliance.
Brett was previously with AIG for over 20 years in several roles leading teams responsible for supporting claims in numerous operational capacities including compliance, operational risk, TPA management, shared services, and IT. He held various leadership positions at AIG, most recently as VP of claims operations and systems, whereh he led a team providing claims system user support for over 2,000 on the North American claims team.
Brett holds both bachelor of arts and MBA degrees from the University of Texas – Dallas.
