With over 20 years of industry experience, Kaushik is a seasoned professional in the insurance sector. His expertise includes setting up, transitioning, and managing large-scale global accounts, focusing on service delivery, customer service, people leadership, and risk management.
Kaushik’s career highlights include significant roles at Genpact as a Service Delivery Leader and his previous tenure at Xceedance from 2015 to 2022. His leadership has been instrumental in successfully managing complex, multinational client engagements across North America, the UK, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Australia.
Kaushik holds a Postgraduate degree in Business Administration from the Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai, India.
