Vikas Wadhera is a Senior Vice President at Xceedance, where he leads catastrophe modeling and exposure management services. He works with global insurers, reinsurers, and MGAs to strengthen risk analytics, improve underwriting decisions, and scale model-ready data operations.
He brings over 27 years of experience across catastrophe modeling, actuarial analytics, and large-scale risk operations. Vikas has built and scaled global delivery teams, led complex client engagements, and driven the adoption of catastrophe modeling and advanced analytics in enterprise decision-making.
Prior to joining Xceedance, Vikas was Senior Vice President and Head of Knowledge Services at Guy Carpenter, where he led global analytics and advisory teams supporting broking operations. He previously held leadership roles at RMS (now Moody’s), working with insurers and reinsurers to embed catastrophe modeling and analytics into strategic risk and capital decisions.
He is an active contributor to the broader risk and resilience ecosystem, participating in global forums and industry collaborations focused on catastrophe risk, climate exposure, and insurance preparedness.
