Deepak Agarwal leads the company’s system integration capabilities and technology delivery for the Americas. In this role, he oversees a team of insurance technology and platform specialists and collaborates closely with clients to maximize the value of their technology investments. His leadership is built on deep domain expertise and solution delivery experience across the insurance lifecycle, customer segments, geographies, and product lines.
With three decades of overall experience at both Indian and multinational companies, Deepak specialized in P&C insurance product implementation and digital transformation initiatives for over twenty years before joining Xceedance.
Deepak holds certifications in strategy and leadership, Scrum Agile, and Generative AI. He has a strong passion for mathematics and solution design, which drives his approach to technology innovation and problem-solving.
