Mateusz Polak is VP of operations in Europe. At Xceedance Poland, he is responsible for developing a multi-client environment, strong insurance domain capabilities, and operational resilience. He brings 20+ years of industry experience to the role.
Prior to Xceedance, Mateusz held various management roles in insurance and banking. Working for global organizations, he led teams responsible for underwriting, sales, and product management. He had the privilege to be a part of a team establishing a new insurance company from scratch where he could develop his entrepreneurial skills.
Mateusz holds a masters degree in finance and banking from the University of Economics in Kraków, Poland.
If not at work, you will find him travelling or spending time actively doing his favorite sports like skiing, kite surfing, sailing, or riding a bike.
