Opportunity

We are seeking an Associate Vice President, Strategic Alliances to define and lead Xceedance’s global partner strategy across four key partnership streams—Channel Partnerships, Strategic Alliances, Innovation & AI Partnerships, and Brand Awareness Associations— including core insurance platforms and system integrators, including Guidewire, Duck Creek, and complementary system integrators.

This role will operate as a strategic thought leader and executive advisor, responsible for shaping our ecosystem vision, driving market-facing innovation, and accelerating revenue through differentiated partner-led solutions. You will influence enterprise growth by architecting joint value propositions, governing multi-year strategic alliances, and positioning Xceedance as a premier transformation partner within the insurance technology landscape. The AVP will build a globally governed yet locally empowered ecosystem that scales across regions and partnership types.

What You’ll Be Doing

Strategy & Internal Enablement

  • Define and own Xceedance’s enterprise alliance strategy, ensuring alignment with organization growth objectives, industry positioning, and long-term technology roadmap.
  • Align executive stakeholders across sales, delivery, technology, and marketing around a unified partner strategy.
  • Develop multi-year strategic plans that articulate how partnerships drive revenue growth, solution differentiation, and competitive advantage.

Strategic Partnership Governance

  • Build internal operating models, governance processes, and enablement programs that scale partner impact globally
  • Act as the executive relationship owner for Duck Creek, Guidewire, and key system integrators, building senior-level trust and influence across partner leadership teams.
  • Establish governance models and performance frameworks to manage alliance health, joint investments, and strategic outcomes.

Go-to-Market Strategy & Revenue Acceleration

  • Identify emerging platforms, technologies, and industry trends to continuously evolve the partner ecosystem.
  • Drive executive-level engagement in strategic pursuits, positioning Xceedance as a preferred transformation partner for complex enterprise programs.

Relationship Management & Execution

  • Act as the primary relationship owner for strategic platform and ecosystem partners
  • Drive quarterly business reviews and ensure joint success plans are implemented
  • Represent Xceedance at partner and industry events to reinforce brand visibility

What You Bring

Experience & Leadership Profile

  • 10+ years of experience in strategic alliances, partnerships, or ecosystem leadership within technology or consulting.
  • 7+ years working directly with core insurance platforms such as Duck Creek, Guidewire, Majesco, or equivalent enterprise SaaS ecosystems.
  • Demonstrated success leading executive-level partnerships with measurable revenue, market, and brand impact.

Strategic & Executive Capabilities

  • Deep expertise in insurance technology, cloud platforms, and system integration operating models.
  • Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and partner executives through insight-driven leadership.
  • Strong commercial acumen with experience driving multi-million-dollar pipelines and strategic pursuits.
  • Exceptional communication and executive presence, with the ability to articulate vision, strategy, and market narratives.
