Adrian Spieler was appointed to the Board of Xceedance in August 2026. With over 30 years in the insurance and financial services sector, he is an experienced Chief Operating Officer bringing deep, global expertise in operations, strategic change, outsourcing, and information technology. The COO of Convex since its launch in 2019, Adrian has been instrumental in scaling the business into one of the industry’s most successful start-ups. His extensive executive background includes senior leadership roles at XL Catlin, Catlin, and Swiss Re, where he successfully drove operations organizations, complex global integrations, technology projects, and the development of shared service centers worldwide. Adrian holds a Master’s degree from the University of St. Gallen and is a Certified European Financial Analyst.
