Xceedance Appoints Gavin Lillywhite to Drive Expansion Across Distribution Ecosystem and European Market
Strategic appointment follows 62% growth in 2025 and positions Xceedance for accelerated success across UK and continental European markets
LONDON, UK – 3rd February 2026 — Xceedance, a global provider of strategic consulting and managed services to the insurance industry, today announced the appointment of Gavin Lillywhite to the role of Senior Vice President, Business Development, covering the UK and continental European markets.
Lillywhite, who previously served as Senior Vice President, Operating Leader for UKI and Europe, will work alongside fellow SVP, Business Development, Justin Davies, as part of a strengthened commercial leadership structure designed to capitalise on the company’s significant growth trajectory.
Under the new arrangement, Davies will focus on supporting commercial and personal (re)insurers and Lloyd’s market players, whilst Lillywhite will concentrate on expanding the firm’s growing presence with UK distribution players — including brokers and MGAs — as well as captives and (re)insurers across continental Europe.
The strategic positioning follows a landmark year for Xceedance, which achieved 62% growth in 2025 compared to the previous year. The appointment of Lillywhite to this dedicated business development role is designed to establish the infrastructure necessary to support even greater expansion in 2026.
“Gavin’s unique combination of in-depth knowledge of our operations and thorough understanding of the European insurance landscape makes him the ideal candidate to drive our business development efforts across these critical markets,” commented Amit Tiwari, President – EMEA & APAC at Xceedance. “This appointment reflects our commitment to building on the exceptional growth we achieved in 2025 and ensuring we have the right leadership in place to serve our expanding client base.”
Gavin added: “I am thrilled to take on this new role at such an exciting time for Xceedance. I look forward to strengthening our relationships with brokers, MGAs, captives and European (re)insurers, and working closely with Amit and Justin to help even more organisations benefit from our services and expertise.”
The move underscores Xceedance’s strategic focus on the European market and its commitment to providing tailored support to the diverse range of players operating within the insurance ecosystem.
