Key Responsibilities:

1.QA Strategy & Governance

Define and implement a global QA strategy aligned with organizational and client objectives

Establish standardized QA frameworks, audit methodologies, and quality benchmarks across regions
Drive governance through regular reviews, audits, and compliance checks

2. Quality Management & Delivery

Oversee end-to-end quality assurance for insurance operations (Underwriting, Policy Services,)

Develop and monitor KPIs, SLAs, and quality metrics (accuracy, TAT, defect leakage, etc.)
Ensure adherence to client-specific quality standards and regulatory requirements

3. Analytics & Continuous Improvement

Leverage quality data, trends, and root-cause analysis to identify improvement opportunities

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and process optimization
Provide actionable insights through dashboards and reporting to senior leadership

4. Stakeholder & Client Management

Act as the primary QA leader for client engagements globally

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Operations, Training, Technology) to enhance delivery quality
Present quality performance, insights, and improvement plans to clients and leadership

5. Team Leadership & Capability Building

 Lead and manage a global QA team across locations (GGN, Noida, Pune and Bangl )

Build capability through structured training, certification programs, and knowledge sharing
Hire, mentor, and develop QA leaders and auditors

6. Process Transformation & Automation

Identify and drive opportunities for automation in QA processes (sampling, reporting, audits)

Implement digital QA tools, AI-enabled quality monitoring, and workflow optimization
Partner with technology teams for QA system enhancements

Key Deliverables:

Standardized QA framework across all business units

Improved quality metrics (accuracy, consistency, compliance)
Reduction in defects and rework
Enhanced client satisfaction and audit scores
Actionable quality dashboards and governance reports

Qualifications & Experience

  • 14–20+ years of experience in insurance operations / QA / audit includes for UK & US Market
  • Strong domain expertise in Commercial P&C / Underwriting / Policy Services
  • Proven experience in leading large, multi-location teams
  • Strong exposure to quality frameworks, audits, and process improvement methodologies
  • Experience in client-facing roles and senior stakeholder management
