As President, Americas, Travis MacMillian leads Xceedance's operations across North and South America, with full accountability for client partnering, business development, and delivery, growing the client base with clients at the center of all Xceedance does.
With over 30 years in property/casualty insurance, Travis has expertise across underwriting, operations, marketing, business development, claims, reinsurance, analytics, and technology, plus experience leading teams at insurers and service providers.
Before Xceedance, Travis was VP of insurance at Genpact International, and earlier held roles as regional VP at FirstBest Systems (now part of Guidewire), president and COO at Greater New York Mutual, and VP of commercial insurance at OneBeacon. He began his career as an underwriter trainee at Commercial Union.
Travis holds a bachelor's in marketing, minor in accounting, from Woodbury University, and attended the High Potential Management Development Program at CEDEP, France.
