Amar has worked across manufacturing, FMCG, financial services, and IT, with extensive experience in financial operations, M&A, business restructuring, fundraising, investor relations, and regulatory compliance.
He holds qualifications from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the Institute of Company Secretaries of India, and ISACA, along with a CFO Programme from IIM Calcutta.
