Her actuarial background gives her a technical edge in predictive modeling across personal, commercial, and specialty lines. She has also driven M&A, data integration, and cross-functional collaboration spanning claims, underwriting, finance, and strategic planning.
Known for data-driven decision-making, Katey has led teams of up to 200 people and delivered double-digit growth through product and business development.
She holds a B.S. in Industrial Management from Purdue University.
