With nearly 30 years of cross-industry, global experience, Swapna has built and led high-performing people functions centered on execution, scale, and long-term value. She most recently served as Chief People Officer at Everest Group, strengthening people practices and aligning talent and culture with growth priorities in a knowledge-driven environment. Earlier, she held senior leadership roles at Deloitte, Sun Life Financial, and other global organizations, leading large-scale talent transformation initiatives that supported business growth.
At Xceedance, Swapna aligns workforce planning, capability development, and succession readiness with business priorities while enabling new ways of working and technology-led transformation.
She holds a master's degree from the Tata Institute of Social Sciences.
