Parul Varghese brings over 20 years of L&D experience across cross-cultural teams to her role at Xceedance. Starting in L&D, she expanded into Talent Management, OD, and other HR functions. She topped her insurance major at the University of Delhi and ranked 5th in the EDHRM programme at XLRI, Jamshedpur, and holds certifications including Green Belt, MBTI, PAPI, Transactional Analysis 101, Design Thinking, LOMA L1, and AINS.
Her core strength lies in designing, implementing, and evaluating interventions that attract, develop, motivate, and retain talent. Balanced by strong EQ, she brings sharp stakeholder management, problem-solving, out-of-the-box thinking, and impeccable execution, drawn from experience across 18+ industries as both employee and consultant.
In her current role, Parul leads the Learning and Diversity functions for the group — broader than it appears, leaning into change management and OD, and focused on strengthening the employee value proposition org-wide.
