Hitesh Sablok is a corporate commercial lawyer with 15 years of experience in both law firm and in-house roles. His experience includes cross-border commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic alliances and has had the opportunity to work on the entire life cycle of such transactions (both from a legal and a commercial perspective).
At Xceedance, Hitesh heads the legal and compliance capability and is responsible for overseeing the delivery of legal services to assess and manage risk and accomplish corporate goals.
He received his bachelor of law (honours) degree in 2008 from India and completed his Berkeley Executive Program in Management from Haas School of Business, University of California in November 2019.
Hitesh has featured in the Forbes Legal Power List in both 2021 and 2022 as one of the “Top General Counsels” and he received the Global Lex-Falcon Award 2022. He has also been recognized as “Best Leading Lawyers 2022” by World Intellectual Property Forum.
