Process Expert/Functional Expert- NOIDA- UK/ Llyods – Claims

Job responsibilities:
Should have the UK/Lloyds Insurance/ Claims function end to end.
FNOL & SNOL Settlement
Document Management
Good to have knowledge of end-to-end Lloyd’s broking process
Should be an expert on Insurance/Reinsurance various lines of Business which may
include- Workers Comp/Employers Liability, Specialty, General Liability, Professional
Liability, Auto/Motor Liability/Property etc.,
Review detailed claims documents received from Broker/TPA and update claim system
Ensure Quick response to any queries from Broker, Cedant or TPA
Meet set SLA/Targets
Ensure Claims are processed right first time, and process documents are managed and
updated real time
Ensure Documentation completeness and adherence to quality norms like ISO, COPIS
etc
Coordinating with the client on process related issue and updates
Conducting team reviews, submitting progress reports of the team to the manager
Recommend new ideas for process improvement
Maintain the learning history for process aligned with
Gain knowledge of the end-to-end process of the Client
Present the monthly dashboards, error trend presentations and Performance
Management reports.
Ensure that the team meet / exceeds service and quality level as assigned by the Clients
Participate in calls with the client
Support the team by processing various tasks in the claim life cycle.
Analyse and input data into systems / databases
Operate process and ensure complete adherence to defined Service Level
Agreements:
Productivity
Turn-around-time
Accuracy
Timely maintenance of the various work trackers

Qualifications and skills required
Graduate/Postgraduate
4-6 years of Insurance experience specializing in handling UK claims
Excellent written & verbal communication
Demonstrates behaviours consistent with the organization’s values
Analyses and synthesizes information / Makes decisions based on policies
Keeps the team informed on work activities
Assumes responsibility and displays dedication to meet/exceed the expectations and
requirements of customers
Participates as team member
Plans tasks and organizes own work and sets priorities for tasks in order of importance
