About the role:

Business Analyst Lead for the PnC policy system platform, you will drive business analysis for a global insurance ecosystem that connects carriers, brokers, and partners through a secure, blockchain-enabled platform. This role requires strong domain expertise in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance, experience with multinational implementations, and the ability to lead BA activities across complex integration and digital transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead BA Team: Manage and mentor business analysts working on PnC policy system modules (Partner Onboarding, Decide Support, Policy Lifecycle, Billing, Claims).
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with global stakeholders to capture business needs for platform enhancements, compliance, and localization.
• Process Analysis: Define workflows for underwriting, endorsements, cancellations, and partner interactions on PnC policy system.
• Blockchain/Corda Integration: Work with technical teams to translate business requirements into smart contract logic and distributed ledger workflows.
• Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary liaison between business units, technology teams, and external partners across multiple geographies.
• Documentation: Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria using JIRA and Confluence.
• Testing & Validation: Support UAT and ensure features meet regulatory and functional requirements.
• Compliance & Localization: Ensure adherence to regional insurance regulations and support multi-country deployments.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Domain Expertise: Strong knowledge of P&C insurance products (Commercial Lines, Specialty Lines), rating, underwriting, and claims.
• Platform Experience: 10+ years of Hands-on experience with multinational insurance platforms and integration projects.
• Blockchain Knowledge: Familiarity with Corda or similar DLT frameworks is a plus.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead BA teams and manage cross-functional stakeholders.
• Tools: Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and data analysis tools.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with global teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Exposure to partner onboarding workflows and digital ecosystems.
• Certifications: CBAP, CPCU, or Guidewire/Duck Creek BA Certification.
