Position Title: Duck Creek Integration Lead

Experience Range: 8-12 Years

Location: Noida/Gurgaon/Pune/Bangalore

Key requirements for the position

  • Design & develop Duck Creek integrations with enterprise systems
  • Build REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and messaging integrations
  • Work on Duck Creek Author, Server, and DCOD integration patterns
  • Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
  • Perform impact analysis, estimation, and design documentation
  • Support deployment, releases, and production issue resolution
  • Ensure code quality, performance, and security standards
  • Mentor junior team members and support technical governance

Job Description

Must-Have Skills

  • Strong experience in Duck Creek Suite (Integration focus)
  • Expertise in:
    • C#, .NET / .NET Core
    • REST/SOAP APIs
    • XML, XSLT, JSON
  • Hands-on with Duck Creek Author & Integration Framework
  • Experience with DCOD (Duck Creek OnDemand)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps practices

Domain Requirement

  • Mandatory experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance
  • Understanding of policy, billing, and claims integration flows

Good to Have

  • Exposure to Azure / AWS Cloud
  • Experience with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Azure Integration Services, etc.)
  • Duck Creek certifications
