Vice President – Claims Business Development
Location: United States (East Coast preferred; Remote or Hybrid, with travel as needed)

The Opportunity
We are seeking a strategic, relationship-driven leader to serve as Vice President – Claims Business Development for the Americas region. In this role, you will lead go-to-market efforts for our third-party administrator (TPA) claims services, shape sales strategy, and deepen engagement with MGAs, carriers, and reinsurers. Your work will drive growth, position Xceedance as a trusted advisor in claims transformation, and deliver meaningful results for our clients and our organization.
What You’ll Be Doing
Leading Claims Growth Strategy
- Design and execute a focused growth plan for our claims vertical in the Americas
- Identify high-value opportunities and develop proposals aligned to client needs
- Drive the sales cycle from strategy through close, delivering client-centric solutions across FNOL, adjudication, analytics, compliance, subrogation, and settlement
Building Trusted Relationships
- Establish and grow relationships with C-level executives, senior claims leaders, and operational stakeholders
- Represent Xceedance in the market as a consultative partner and thought leader
- Ensure high client satisfaction by aligning our solutions to real-world challenges in claims
Driving Market Awareness and Innovation
- Stay informed on market trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory shifts impacting claims in the P&C sector
- Help evolve and tailor our service offerings based on market needs and client feedback
- Share insights and lead thought leadership initiatives to position Xceedance at the forefront of claims innovation
Partnering Across the Business
- Collaborate with consulting, technology, operations, and marketing teams to co-create effective, scalable solutions
- Mentor and support regional business development resources aligned to the claims vertical
- Influence service development based on feedback from the field and client interactions
What You Bring
- 12 to 20 years of experience in P&C insurance, reinsurance, or claims operations with a proven record of success in business development
- Strong knowledge of the claims lifecycle and the challenges MGAs, reinsurers, and carriers face
- Experience closing complex engagements and navigating large-scale sales cycles

- Effective Communicator: Confident presenter and skilled at translating complex ideas into clear solutions
- Problem Solver: Uses analytical thinking to uncover client needs and deliver impactful solutions
Nice to Have
- Certifications such as CPCU, ARM, or AIC
- Familiarity with claims automation tools, predictive analytics, or AI-based solutions
- Knowledge of compliance standards across jurisdictions in the P&C claims space
