Job Requirement:
- Minimum 6-7 years of experience working as PM
- Work closely with customers to understand and define enterprise goals and objectives.
- Experience in the Insurance and Reinsurance domain.
- Skilled in documentation and communication.
- System implementation experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to interact with multiple teams (Customer teams and partners team) within the project team.
- Able to interact with senior executives at customer side.
- Strong project governance and reporting
- Able to manage the project timelines effectively
- Strong understanding of change management along with tracking of scope, schedule and cost.
- Any experience with Duck Creek Reinsurance will be a bonus, however, experience with implementing any other Reinsurance Application like Sapiens, SICS, is also valuable.
- Perform requirements elicitation from client SMEs & client application teams and prepare detailed techno-functional system specification documents.
Must Have Qualifications
- B.Tech./B.E. or equivalent degree
- 10+ years of IT services experience, including applications and infrastructure delivery.
- At least 7-8 years of experience with P&C insurance clients, preferably in Specialty or Large Commercial lines.
- Deep understanding of Agile methodologies and global delivery models.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
